Required qualifications to get emigrate to New Zealand?

I know that a BSc Degree is worth 50 points (recognised as a basic qualification) but what is a Post Graduate Certificate worth? The NZ Emigration website states Masters and PhD are worth 55 points. So is a PgC worth anything?

My wife and I want to emigrate there. We have around £300,000 in the bank, but only have experience in administration work.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
