Emigration to New Zealand?

Is it easy to immigrate New Zealand?

I think Canada is easier, but are there any ways to get emigration to NZ if I'm not a Skilled-Migrant (I probably wouldn't get 100 points or more)? If got a Work to Residence or got an Agriculture Workers clearance would that give me NZ Residency if I apply? I really want to work and live in new Zealand as an agriculture or forestry worker. Canada also has agriculture so either Canada or New Zealand are my choices. America is so expensive and greedy I can't stand living in America. They like agriculture in New Zealand so I'd like to be a New Zealand agriculture worker.
